Lucy
Vet Nurse
Lucy joined our team mid 2025 and is currently studying the Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. She has been in the industry since 2022 and before that she worked at a doggy day care and volunteered at Animal Aid. She is a caring individual who strives to provide excellent care.
Lucy loves all our animals from big to small ones, but does have a “small” obsession with labradors. She is controlled by 3 cats at home (mainly Arnott, her torbie DSH) or getting licked to death by her family’s labradors.
In her spare time, she’s either trying to reach her yearly reading goal or at a Pilates studio

Arnott, doc and Florence, Eddy & Bailey
Lucy’s household is run by these 3: Arnott the torby is the first cat she ever owned, and soon after Doc the tabby and Florence the black cat came. Arnott is all torti-personality with only wanting attention when it suits her (or when her bowl is empty), meanwhile Doc only has two modes of needing attention 24/7 or meowing and staring at you as if he hasn’t been fed in 8 business days. Florence’s main personality is annoying Doc (as all youngest siblings jobs are). Lucy didn’t ask her partner before adopting “Florence + the Meowchine” as a stray kitten that came into Lucy’s previous vet clinic in 2023 as she had bad cat flu and wasn’t going well as a stray (she has minimal brain cells functioning so she wouldn’t of been very good as a stray anyway)
Eddy & Baily are Lucy’s labradors, while Eddy has the “usual lab” personality of a gentle yellow lab, Baily is a chaotic brown zoomie machine. He has had a “happy tail” procedure done due to him having too much happy energy. They are the reason Lucy has a slight obsession with Labradors and both will always look camera-ready with those smiles if there is a treat hiding behind the camera lens.
